All of our asphalt work is done to specifications agreed upon with the customer to fit their specific needs and wants. There are many ways in which asphalt can be installed, give us a call and we can get an estimator out to talk about which option is best for you. Here’s the three main types:

Asphalt over existing gravel is for new installations and is putting a level of gravel under down and making sure the pitch is right for water drainage. Then asphalt is put over to the specifications of your choosing.

Remove and Replace is when the existing asphalt is damaged and needs to be completely replaced. This requires removing all existing asphalt and checking the foundation. Additional work may be required to ensure the longevity of the new asphalt and long term customer satisfaction. After that the new asphalt is put in place.

Resurfacing is an option where edges are ground down and a new layer of asphalt is put on top of the existing layer. This allows for better water flow on the lot as well as making it a safer place for all by eliminating large cracks and potholes.
